FOUNDERS HISTORY

OUR FOUNDER

“தோன்றின் புகழொடு தோன்றுக அஃதிலார்
தோன்றலின் தோன்றாமை நன்று”

This is a very famous and valuable quote from a great sage/poet “Valluvar”. According to this quote, there lived one of the greatest personalities, “Our founder Sriman K. Mahadeva Guruji”. He was a great person as a finest gem. He was an intellectual scholar, philanthropist, writer, tunesmith and cultured Aesthetic artist.

He was born in 1917 as the eldest son of Sri D. Kailasasivam and Srimathi K. Meenakshiammal in Theavoor village, He has grown up in a poor family background, but with his determined persistance he got excellence in educational career, through that he had enlightened the darkness of vidayal karupur village’s people by providing basic education. He profoundly sowed the importance of education in their hearts. Now, that village has more than 75% literate people. For his great service he got an award from the state and central government for “Best teacher and Harijan welfare”. After his maturation from a government job as a teacher, he had a magnificent idea of giving English education to the village residents of Valangaiman. It became a strong foundation for us. That’s why now we are standing very determined on providing excellent education for children nearly 40 plus in and around villages from Kodavasal.

“We firmly believe that self-discipline creates a brighter tomorrow”. So, we always put discipline first in all aspects.

This is the profound belief of our founder, who is the pragon of virtue.

Only noble scholars can know about the last date of their life. In that line, our founder’s last message on his blackboard was

“ஆண்டாண்டு அழுதாலும் மாண்டார் வருவதில்லை “ அந்த சாகா வரம் பெற்ற வார்த்தையுடன் அவரது கல்விப்பயணம் இம்மண்ணுலகில் முடிவுற்றது

We had never missed to get blessings from our founder because we firmly believe that he still lives in our minds and hearts in the form of enlightening knowledge of the children.
